My question is, why I have to pay for a free calculator App why? Plus the app came with the phone and every time I try to use it, it’s a problem and keeps asking me for credit cards number why? I’m going to press charges on it because it’s a scam thank you?

You don't. If its a free app, then there's nothing to pay.
What makes you think you need to pay for it?
If its installed on the iPhone, you can just tap on its icon and use it. No payment method should be involved.
Also, threats, don't work here. If you want to "press charges", and go the legal route for whatever reason, please contact Apple's Legal team directly or via your own lawyer to initiate legal proceedings.
