I just got this phone as a Christmas present. I previously had an iPhone 11 and I had no issues charging that phone on the wireless charger in my Honda cr-v 2023. The iPhone 15 Plus charges for about 20 seconds and then it turns back off. I even have the MagSafe phone case for it and it still won’t charge. It already has update 17.2.1. I tried with and without the case. Why is this happening?
This is a known issue with 2023 Honda CR-V and 2023 Honda Ridgeline with iPhones 13 and newer models. The issue is NOT with your iPhone 15 Plus. The issue is with Honda. I have the 2023 Honda Ridgeline and an iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro Max. I cannot charge either of them on the wireless charger in that vehicle. Both of the iPhones charged normally in older Honda wireless charger (tested this at the Honda dealership).
I have contacted Honda support and the local dealership and was informed that Honda is working on this issue with no available timeline.

Thank you for sharing this issue, I have the same issue. iPhone XR was charging fine and now iPhone 15 won’t charge. Very frustrating having a new 2023 CR-V and new phone that are working as they should!
