Apple Icloud sign in

I just added a new apple ID and when I tried to log in, I am asked to enter the ID and PW and sent a verification code over and over. I kept responding 4 times before I downloaded a recent version of icloud. Did not help

Windows 10 PC is my device.

I can't login to my icloud from macbook pro I just bought macbook pro(M1) from authorized service. I logged in with my icoud and password for the installation. I entered the password correctly. I continued to login with the verification code from my phone. but in the next step I met this end. what is the reason of this. [Image Edited by Moderator to Remove Serial Number]

Cant login to icloud through web browser, “Failed to verify your identity Try Again” Trying to login to icloud on PC through web interface, tried resetting passwd. “Failed to verify your identity Try Again”. Has worked previously.
