A valid payment

I have a valid prepayment on Apple TV+. I canceled the prepayment in order to change the region of my account, but it will still be active until 23.01. Can I speed up the expiration of the prepayment?

You may contact the Apple Support staff, who can have specific subscriptions on your account expire immediately, for this purpose of changing country or region for the Apple ID account.
