Is apple able to replace the proximity flex cable in an iPhone 14 Pro?

I recently dropped my iPhone 14 Pro Max in water and now it restarts about every 3 minutes and will not stop. I looked on repair.wiki and found that I most likely water damaged the proximity flex cable.

here is the link to the page https://repair.wiki/w/How_To_Fix_an_iPhone_14_Pro_That_Randomly_Restarts

I went through the diagnostic steps and got the 0x80000 if you want to see how I determined it.

I have AppleCare+ but saw that it doesn’t cover water damage so I’m not hopeful about that. I would normally try to repair it myself but i read that faceid will not work if you replace the proximity flex cable yourself.

So my last option is in hopes that Apple is able to replace the proximity flex cable. Does anyone know if they are able to do that?
