I can’t play some on my music on my iPhone since update

Hi to all! Since an update (on my iPhone and/or on my Mac I don’t remember for sure) I can’t play some of my musics on the iPhone. The error message is: « this song is currently not available in your country or region ».

can you help me please ? ;) thanks a lot to all!

PS: i have tried going to settings/Media and Purchases/ view account / country and region and Change my country and region. But when I do so I set up all my details (it asked me for my bank card and details… I click next to save the details and it never continues. Besides France is set as my country which is correct. I just want want to listen to my music I could listen to before! Thanks
