Starting Mac Mini M2

I'm newly user Mac Mini M2. After turning it on, then entering the password, the next display turns off for a moment, then turns back on, then home appears. Is this normal for the Mac Mini M2 or is there an error in my system?

Mac mini, macOS 14.1

Yes, normal. Ignore until startup has completed.
