On my iPhone:
When editing images using markup to add text, I place the text where I want it. The problem is when I click done, the text moves downward in my image. If I go back to edit again, the text jumps right back where it is supposed to be. If I hit done again, it goes back down.
Is there a way to fix this?
My workaround is moving the text higher than I want it. Then when it drops, it’s where I want it. This means going back and forth to get it right.
Having the same issue where once I’m done editing, the text box drops down 1/4 inch on the photo, but only when the text has been rotated. If the text box hasn’t been rotated, it stays in place.
A bit annoying. Apple, any fix in the works?
I reached out to a Reddit forum and added a screen recording with the hopes of trying to rectify this issue. The only response received indicated the issue occurs when the text box has been rotated… but, of course, no immediate fix. 😑
Is this using the editing ability native to your phone or an app you have downloaded?
With the basic preinstalled photo app.
I came here to find a fix for the exact same issue.
Yeah this happens on mine. It’s so annoying, it’s like what’s the point of placing something where you want it if it’s gonna move.
