Macbook Air M2 Backlight Bleed

My brand new 2023 MacBook Air M2 has a small patch of white bleed in the bottom right corner. I have never dropped it and no damage was ever done to it. Is this normal or should I get it checked? Also, does apple do free repairs?

Definitely take it to the Apple Store and get it checked out. Depending on when it was purchased, it should still be covered under warranty for them to repair it if needed. Hope this helps!
