Can't get iPhone 12 to show up on Windows 11

I have a two second-gen iPhone SEs that have been showing up and syncing just fine with Windows and iTunes, but the iPhone 12 that I got won't. I've tried restarting both my desktop and the iPhone 12, resetting all device settings, setting the phone up as a brand-new device, cleaning the port (which looks completely fine), different cables, trying to update drivers (it said everything was up to date), but nothing ended up working. I actually ended up getting my hands on a second, completely wiped iPhone 12, and it did the exact same thing, refusing to show up at all. I managed to get the second one to show up once, after completely wiping it and setting it up without any data, but it kicked itself off about 20 seconds later and never showed up again. I've been digging around in device manager during my troubleshooting endeavors, and the only thing I've noticed is that there's no "Apple Mobile Device USB driver" in the USB controller section. The article that I looked at here contains nothing other than "try another cable" and that didn't make it show up either. The driver isn't listed when either of the SE's or 12s are plugged in. Trying to locate the usbaapl64.inf file manually didn't yield any results, "Apple" isn't even listed in the Common files directory, and I have no idea why it isn't. I'm convinced that the iPhone 12 is looking for these nonexistent files, and I have no idea how to fix it. I initially downloaded iTunes from the Microsoft Store, and updating it fixed nothing.

The SEs still sync just fine, maybe older iPhones don't need those specific drivers? My old 6s synced just fine in what I assume to be (it was on a different windows install, so I can't go back and verify) the same circumstances, so I think that might be the case? I'm just guessing, because I don't know what else I can do to make these phones show up.

I'm posting as a last resort because I've run out of troubleshooting options and am really tired of looking through the same posts over and over again with no tangible answer in sight. Someone please just tell me how to fix this, I'm desperate.

Update: Tried a bunch of different solutions in the support article, nothing worked. Ended up plugging it into my sister's laptop (also running Windows 11) just out of curiosity to see if I could get it to show up on another machine, and sure enough it showed up on there without any fiddling. I ended up digging through the iTunes files on there to see if there was any other possible drivers that I was missing, and she was missing the same directories that I was missing before I reinstalled iTunes. So it's not a driver issue?? I have no idea--I went out of my way to update my BIOS, hoping maybe it was just something that the newer iPhones didn't like about my outdated firmware, but that didn't change anything. My motherboard isn't absurdly old and all of the USB ports I tried were 3.1. I have no leads left on my end for troubleshooting. Should I just contact support at this point???
