Nfc not showing in settings

I was wondering if they have deleted the nfc settings on a iPhone 15 or is it something that is coming back in a future.

iPhone 15, iOS 17

Starting in iPhone XS, the NFC reader is always on and the setting for it has been removed. The newer phones are much more energy efficient, so the operation is now automatic.
