Thank you! I don not have the iPad any more so I then have to delete them manually. But can I do it on my MacBook and manage somehow to get just the one I have on my MacBook to iCloud and iPhone or do I have to delete in all the places?

You will only need to delete on one device and they will also be removed from any other device that is using the same Apple ID and iCloud for Photos is being used on all of those devices.

When you signed into your friend's iPad, you added all of her pictures to your iCloud. When signing into a device you are given the option to Keep the photos on the device, which will add them to your iCloud or Erase the photos, which will remove all of you friends photos and replace them with yours. It is also likely that your friend now has all of your photos on their device as well.

In either case, they will need to be manually deleted.
