My Apple Watch won't reset

I upgraded to a new iphone and I though that clerk transfer my watch too.. but i guess she didn’t now I return my old phone and I and having trouble with my watch 7 and cannot use it … I cannot find my devices when I lose my phone and my watch won’t pair with my phone..
