Why can’t I connect to Apple Car Play wirelessly in my new Tucson. This is my first Hyundai and I am extremely disappointed I cannot connect CarPlay wirelessly. All other vehicles I have owned provided wireless play connect. This is so antiquated. Just because I have built in navigation should not prohibit the wireless connection. Please fix this with some type of IOS or Hyundai update. Please!

This is my first Hyundai. I have always driven cars with wireless Apple CarPlay. I do not like having to connect my iPhone to the car via a cable. This is annoying. Like my previous cars, I want to be able to simply get in my car, leave my iPhone in my purse and automatically have access to Apple CarPlay. I can listen to audiobooks, Pandora, my AppleMusic, send/retrieve What's App messages. I do not rely on Google Maps....I use the car navigation, but the hook up via a cable is a pure drag. Hyundai, please fix this. It's ridiculous!!!
i got in my car and it had me update. I scanned a code that took me to this website showing what new features there are https://update.hyundai.com/US/EN/updateNoticeView/GnwBK4
I did not receive a notification regarding an update. Can we contact Hyundai to get more information? Who would we contact?
There’s no wireless carplay. I just checked and even unpaired bluetooth and removed car from CarPlay. That update is the same update for other Hyundai cars not just tuscon.

Still hoping. I plan to contact Hyundai customer service tomorrow. I was told my 2024 Tucson Limited would receive a software update sometime beginning late January 2024.
Yes that is correct. However Hyundai is supposed to fix that with an update. The 24 Kona got an update.
Yes, that is my understanding. The update is supposed to fix the ability to wirelessly connect on the Tuscon Limited as well.

Yes, I was surprised it was dated October 2023. Again, when I started the vehicle there was a message about installing the upgrade.
You'll have a lot better luck posting on a forum dedicated to your car than you will here.
Guys I think we need to unite and bombard Hyundai with calls and emails weekly or daily if you have the time about making a wireless carplay update. This is getting ridiculous.
The 2025 Tuscon comes out in the summer. I think Im going to trade my 2024 Tuscon for the 2025 just for wireless carplay. I had my car since November of last year brand new.
