My iPhone 8 plus will not charge at all and it is stuck on the screen where the battery is at like red and it is stuck there right now. i have tested the same charger with my iphone 14 and it worked. Is this ok? I will do any help
edit the iphone 14 that is mentioned in the post is the one i used to test the charger

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge , it could be a hardware (battery? other internal component?) failure and I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
