I already change the screen protector because it has a crack, but the white dot keeps appearing on my front cam

Take a picture with your front camera with the phone laying on a dark surface. Does the dot appear in the photo? If yes, you likely have a dead pixel in your iPhone Screen, which you likely can't fix. Have the phone checked at your Apple Store Genius Bar for options.
