My iPhone is telling me my credit card information is about to expire but my credit card is good through April 2024. I cannot make any purchases.

Try and re-add your card using this instructions

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account. You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
Tap Manage Payments.
Tap Add Payment Method.

6. Enter the payment method details, then tap Done.
