Can stolen iphone be accessed if you put credentials in scam link

HHi, I lost my iphone a month ago and put it in lost mode. However I receive a text from a number 2 days ago that my iphone has been located and I need to log in. Well me being me, signed in with my code and credentials but later checked my icloud wasn't showing any device linked.

Then I checked Google and got to know thieves do this to scam and open the lock. So I changed the password.

Now I received a notification from my binance that someone tried to log in from Romania.

Can you please let me know if they can still access all my data through my phone? And what do I do now?

Additionally, contact Apple Support immediately at https://getsupport.apple.com or through the Apple Store app.

If they have access to your physical phone, you may be in danger of having your data stolen, so immediately remove Apple ID access to your iPhone and reset your Apple ID password.

I hope you are able to get this issue resolved, please have a great day and a happy new year!
