i had a pop up come up
told me I needed to run the clean sweep app I .e. Download from App Store. It had free 3 day trial. But decided against it Since there has been so much hacking occurring. Do I really need it? Is it safe?

You don't need it and these popups are nothing but scams, which try to get you to purchase apps you don't need. Just ignore such popups and don't act on them.
Don’t play games that try to scam you into paying for worthless software.
While playing games on iPad I get pop up’s that storage is full. It is no where near full. They direct to clean sweep apps. How do I get them to go away.
