Google Drive not syncing with Apple files

Google drive just won’t link with Apple files it just says authentication required and when I click it it takes me to Google drive but when I come back it says authentication required please help I have a iPad Air 5th Generation

Can't save files to google dive Hi, I have an iPad Pro and I am having issues saving any files to google drive. I am able to view the files just fine, but when I go to save anything it says I need to authenticate before accessing this item. I don't have the privacy screen setting on in the google drive app so I'm not sure why it's doing this. I was able to save to google drive at one point but it one day stopped. Can anyone help? Can’t save a file using my iphone I have a file on my iPhone and want to save it to Google Drive using the Files App. I get the following error message: “You need to authenticate before accessing this item.” How do I get around this message and save the file?
