family Apple Music not working on wife’s phone
I just got the family Apple Music package from Verizon I added my wife on the family plan but she’s unable to listen to music. Her if is the same for the family share. Did anyone have this problem

Not sure if you have done this, but Verizon provides this support article on how to activation the Family Music perk.

This didn't work for me. When I click the link in the text provided, it takes me to the Apple One page and ultimately tells me that "This subscription has already been connected to an Apple ID." There seems to be a block between Apple communicating to Verizon. My Apple Music app shows that I have an Apple One Family plan. When I go into my profile on the phone and click Subscriptions, it shows that I have Apple One Family "Subscribed through Verizon." It shows Share with Family toggled on. But nothing. It only shows iCloud+ being shared with my family. I've spent nearly 7 hours on this talking with both Verizon and Apple.
