My Apple ID has been compromised

I would like to correct my account

my Apple ID have been compromised for the last 7years by Australia cybersecurity I have more than 10 apple devices that blocked by Australia hackers and I do believe that Australia Apple Store are have the same problem that they don’t want to help me and all the mobile company are the same the all have the link to my devices and receive my text messages and all my emails, first is Optus then Vodafone and now is Telstra they used my numbers and registered the google email address even this is not what I registered for the communication with
