I need help with this. I followed John Galt's instructions for an inexperienced user and have screen shots of the pop up message and the 3 folders he recommended I post. Now I'm looking for guidance on what to do. TY (I previously worked with an Apple Support person to get rid of a similar popup involving CrossSign, which I notice is still in a LaunchAgent folder.) I appreciate any guidance.
No problem. Start up in Safe Mode first.

In the first 2 screen shots, delete everything that does not contain:
The last screenshot is fine. Restart your computer again normally and the problem should be solved.

You will be fine from here on out. Watch out for those fake popups on the web that claim to speed up your computer, scan for virus, or the infamous Update Flash Player message.
