Problem with the App Store

I had tried to purchase a couple of apps but I had noticed that I didn’t have the money in my account and when I noticed I gues it was a bug the Teheran App Store and it starting downloading the apps without charging my account and when I deleted the apps they were deleted but then when I just tried to get another app that was free it was saying to confirm my billing info and I put my info in and it say that the payment was declined and it charged my card 30 dollars and at this point I don’t even wanna buy the apps again but I want to continue to buy free apps how do I stop making the App Store saying to confirm the billing information

You will need valid billing information even for free apps. Here are just 2 reasons for that:

  • It is used to verify that you are using the correct App Store for your region. Some users have attempted to change their region on the device to be able to download apps or use services that would not normally be available to them in their current region.
  • Most free apps will offer in-app purchases. The developer of those apps hope you will find it useful and use one of their in-app purchases. This would help pay the developer for their costs and time in developing the app. If there is no valid billing method, then there is no hope that the developer will be compensated for their efforts.

As for the issue of your card being charged 30 dollars, you can attempt to request a refund as I do not know the reason for the charge. There is also a link on the bottom of that page to contact Apple directly to resolve any problems you are having.
