How can I see who I'm sending an mail to on MacBook?

when I click on sent mail it shows that it is from me. I want to see who I sent the mail to... I know that I sent it, I need to see who I sent it to.

My sent emails aren't being saved in a Sent folder, how can I find my sent emails? I can't find my sent emails either by search or in the sent folders. I have asked people who received it and when someone replies to me, I can also see my original message in the reply. I have tried to check Mail Behaviours in accounts and it says there, it should be in the SENT folder. I can see only a very old few sent emails and not the recent ones. I am using OS Ventura 13.5.1. I only see emails marked with a yellow star in my sent items in IOS mail. How can I see all email I sent? Somehow I only get to see mails with a yellow 'VIP' star in my sent items in IOS mail client. Cannot find anywhere where this is set or selected. Same mailbox sent items on my mac does show all mails.

On iCloud Mail > sent > " To" ( tap details) .
