I'm looking to download the operating system file for OS X 10.11.5 (El Capitan) to install on my MacBook Pro (M3) using Parallels Desktop 19.

How can I proceed with this?

Good, then I have to investigate how to download only the OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) file
