My M2 Ultra shuts down after trying to wake it from a night of sleep. Reinstalling Ventura and even upgrading to Sonoma did nothing to stop the sleep issue. I ran the hardware diagnostics and no problems were reported. Below is the Etresoft log and the last few moments from the Terminal Log before Shut down.

Computer Sleep does not function properly in the latest macOS versions.
Turn on "Prevent automatic sleeping when display is off" and only allow the display to turn off.
Then shut down... for long periods of none use.
