I changed my username and full name but i cant make changes in system preferences and the new name doesn't shows up its just "apple".my device is macbook pro 8 1,OS is High Sierra.If Someone knows solution please reply me ASAP.

You can trick macOS into running Setup Assistant again which will allow you to create a new admin user account. After which you can use the instructions in the Apple article @leroydouglas linked to try & fix your main user account. Keep in mind every step is critical and must be followed exactly.
Here are instructions I wrote for getting Setup Assistant to run again for an older OS like High Sierra:

But I Don't Have Another Administrator User.Is There Another Way?
