iPhone 11 vibrates once fully charged

I have had this same phone for a bit now and it just started to vibrate once fully charged. I charge it over night like I always do but around 5:00 in the morning it will vibrate, then keep repeating this until I eventually unplug it. I have switched cords but that did not change anything. Is there something that changed in an update? It’s waking me and my husband up and is becoming extremely annoying. Help!
