why is my iCloud+ storage not connected to my account? I have been paying for additional storage for months so why is my account saying my 5G of storage is full??

Seems like either your iCloud subscription was cancelled or is active on an Apple ID that is different to the one you are using on your iPhone.
Did your payment method expire by any chance?

Is it saying iCloud storage is full, or is it saying your iPhone storage is full?
How much storage are you paying for exactly?
If you go to Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ iCloud ➜ Manage Storage does it say its full?
If you go to Settings ➜ General ➜ iPhone Storage does it say its full?
It is saying my iCloud storage is full (so not just my phone). I am paying for 50G. But my account is only showing that I have the regular 5G (free amount).
