Copy music onto children's YOTO player

I am trying to copy music onto my children's YOTO player and I get the error: "could not be converted because protected files cannot be converted to other formats."

is there any way to do that?

Hi,

No. Music from an Apple Music subscription can’t be used on other devices.

I suggest that you purchase the music from iTunes Store or other providers that sell digital music.

OK gotcha, yeah I purchased the album from the iTunes Store that I want to put on there but it still gives me the same error when I try to export the album, Do I need to select the album differently when I am trying to export something that I have purchased vs something that is part of my Apple Music subscription?
