I am trying to download songs from apple music to Yoto. The downloads on itunes are all coming in via MP4 and on itunes the import options changes does not apply to music (only podcasts and audio). Can someone help?

You can’t use music from your Apple Music Subscription on external devices. If you want to add music to Yoto, you will need to purchase the music from iTunes Store or other sources that sell MP3s.

Could you help in more layman’s terms? If we open the playlist on a computer as opposed to phone, then how does it get to Yoto?
sigh… just want to give kids some decent music and I’m not tech savvy enough for this
And then if you buy it from iTunes Store, how do you access the files?
