Unable to generate support pin

When i log into appleid.apple.com and go to the bottom to the support pin and click generate support pin it tells me an unknown error occurred please try later. This has happened in the past after buying and adding an iTunes gift card to my account this happens and then i also cant make in app purchases either it says contact support so when i do they tell me they have to escalate it and literally the very next day (which will be tomorrow for me) i will get a pop up message saying my apple ID has been permanently disabled and thats all i get for my answer no one in support ever tells me anything other than terms and conditions which mind you I have followed every rule, but every single time I purchase an iTunes gift card, and I added it to my Apple ID the following things happen I'm unable to generate a support pin. I am unable to make it not purchases. Once I contact support about both of those things they escalate to higher up they turn around and they disable and permanently disable my Apple ID causing me to not be able to have an Apple ID and not be able to use my phone, why what is the issue with your guises gift cards that makes it to where 20 times now this issue has occurred and has happened when I contact and I ask what the problem is I get talk to rudely and talk to disgustingly and I never get to find out why you guys keep doing this to me. There are 20 different Apple IDs that have money on them from these gift cards that I can't get back and I'm not sure why because nobody at Apple wants to tell me.
