I am watching a video on youtube in safari and the screen dims then turns off. This has never happened before and I've tried changing Display and Brightness controls, nothing works.

How about Lock screen settings...
>System Settings>Lock Screen> make changes and compare your results.
>System Settings>Battery>Options
> System Settings> Privacy & Security>Advanced
My screen keeps dimming and then turns off even while I am on my computer
