Received Mimi Unknown Sender

I Received a HomePod Mini from Apple Inc, 1050 Darrell Waldrip Dr, Lebanon, TN. I have asked friends and family if anyone sent it to me. The tracking number is no help. Is there any way to find out who sent it to me? Would you be cautious of using the device?

Getting notifications that my iPhone is tracked by an unknown AirPods Good afternoon, everyone! I'd like to ask a question: I've received numerous times notifications, claim that my phone is been tracked by an Airpods, that niether belong to me nor to anyone I know.
