If I buy a apple ultra watch (BNIB) from private seller who provides original receipt and everything checks out, can this still be blacklisted even though I have the original receipt (proof of purchase)?

It’s possible although if you have any reason to not trust the seller you may want to rethink the purchase. Was it paid for in full or was it carrier financed? If it was carrier financed you may want to decline to purchase or request that they pay the financing off first before you purchase (and verify it was done once completed).
Sure can… I don’t trust anyone. Would not buy anything Apple from somebody I don’t know.
