Kindle App keep crashing on my iPhone

My Kindle app began crashing recently. Every time I attempt to open the app, it crashes. I have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and updating my phone, but these steps have not completely resolved the issue. Now, I can open the app, but it crashes again whenever I try to open any book in the library.

The app seems to work fine when using mobile data, but once I switch back to Wi-Fi, the problem persists.

Could you please offer any advice to resolve this issue?

I have also had this issue too.

The fix for me was as follows:

delete the kindle app from my phone
log into Amazon and deregister the problematic device (www.amazon.co.uk/hz/mycd/digital-console/alldevices)
Reboot the iPhone/iPad
download the kindle app again
sign in again

I had tried everything else, rebooting, uninstalling, but had not de-registered the device in Amazon, that seemed to be the key bit for me.

I am glad we could help. We could not really get any support from Amazon. My wife lives on her kindle app and glad what worked for us helped others.
