Kindle App keep crashing on my iPhone

Same with me. After trying all day I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it's now working. I tried the same thing earlier in the day and it didn't work. Wow, I was really lost not having access to my books.

I went into my Amazon settings on my computer, went to manage your content and devices, clicked on devices and deregistered my iPad and iPhone then resigned in. It worked finally!!! After 2 days of trying to figure out how to fix it.

Contacted Amazon to get an update and was told they are working on it. I should try again in 48 hours to download a book to my iPad. For me, I can read what I have already downloaded on my iPad when I turn off Wifi.

deleted the app and reinstalled. Seems to be working again now.

You’re a hero. My manga app was doing the credit card needs to be updated then this went down. Been a little sad I haven’t been able to read anything.

My kindle app is crashing too. It was working fine 12 hours ago and then just started crashing! 2 seconds at most. Has anyone figured it out?

My kindle unlimited app has crashed and I can't read any of my books. Is this an Apple problem or an Amazon problem? Any idea of when it will be fixed? I am not the only one having this problem.

This is what I’m afraid of happening too! I lost all my samples already when I got a new phone. I don’t want to lose them again!

I got it working by deleting and reinstalling the Kindle app tonight.

So… deleting and reinstalling worked for me. But WHY?

Some people can get theirs to work on airplane mode but sadly I’m not one of them. I’m currently using the web reader and checking on the app frequently to see if it’s fixed yet
