Since yesterday, the kindle app on my IPhone 13 Pro is not working . I open the app and within 4-5seconds the app crashes . I reinstalled the app and logged in , but no change, it continues to crash. Please advise!
I called customer service. Whomever I spoke to said that they already knew that there’s an issue and are working on it. I wasn’t given a timeframe for repair, they just said that I could read online @ read.amazon.com
