Black screen on iPhone Health App

My Health App on my iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 17.2.1) now shows only a black screen; the app on my iPad works normally. I wanted to delete the Health App, but that means breaking the pairing with my Watch, which means large amounts of work to get everything back to normal.

iPadOS 17 health app not updating yesterday I upgraded to iPadOS 17. The new health app is not updating from my phone or watch. The a health app on the iPad says my watch is not paired with it. The watch is paired with my phone.

iOS 16.1.1 on an iPhone 12 Pro Max wiped Health and Fitness data This afternoon, I did an encrypted back-up through iTunes on my PC, then updated to 16.1.1. After the OS update finished, the Health app shows no history (about four years' worth). It just displays "Show all Health data," which shows a blank screen. The Fitness app is similarly empty. Some other apps that synchronize with the Health app also would hang at start-up, but I was able to fix that by uninstalling and reinstalling the apps. Bluetooth settings show that my Apple Watch is connected. The Watch app correctly identifies the watch's name, but if I try to go to General settings, the app freezes until I kill it. I restored from the encrypted back-up, which iTunes said was successful. Nothing changed. The Health and Fitness apps are still empty. The Watch app still freezes if I try to go to General settings.

Same here, same model. To complete, I try to uninstall and reinstall but the black screen is always on. Only solution : reboot the iPhone. But black screen back after a while.

Do you use Withings or another third party app to sync health data to Apple Health? It’s happening to me too. Formatting only temporarily resolved the issue.

Yes, I use FitbitSync. I continue Rebooting for some days fixing
