Black screen on iPhone Health App

My Health App on my iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 17.2.1) now shows only a black screen; the app on my iPad works normally. I wanted to delete the Health App, but that means breaking the pairing with my Watch, which means large amounts of work to get everything back to normal.
