In a app is said a free trail but it actually bought an app for $62, I need my money back.

I saw an ad for a widget app, I got it and clicked free trial. It did not give me a free trial, because when I went to setting to cancel it it charged me $62. I need a refund, and I called apple. I am currently on hold and have been for an hour. What should I do?
