Getting Apps from other regions

Like many people, I reside in two countries hence need access to the App stores of two different regions for things like banking apps, etc. but Apple makes it difficult for me to get these apps. Is there a workaround? Or do I have to set up two separate accounts and switch region every time I need to download a region-specific app? Seems rather narrow-minded in modern world where people travel and move and don't necessarily live in one place all the time.

Not many people truly live in two countries so it is not all that common. In fact some countries won't let you register as residing there if you are registered in another country.

That aside, there isn't a good solution. You can try using multiple IDs, though if you do that you should also consider using them on different devices dedicated to the two countries. Changing country settings on a single device frequently can be a real nuisance as well as potentially encountering issues if you use iCloud media.

Remember, when it comes to licensing, each country has it own set of laws and that makes it complicated when it comes to downloading media and apps.
