Iphone unavailable

About 2 weeks ago, i lost my iphone, but could find it again with the "Find my" option on my macBook. The person who had found it gave it back to me.

A few days later, I got three times the "Unavailable" message although I had not tried to enter my passcode (I use face recognition too).

I finally did a full reset, and had no problem for about ten days. This morning, my iphone was blocked again, this time for one hour !!!, while I had not tried to enter my password (nor used face recognition).

Could it be that some external program is trying to access my phone? And if so, how can I get rid of it?

iPhone XR, iOS 17

No this is not an external program trying to access. your iPhone, iPhones have very good security and cannot be hacked unless you've jailbroken it

Most of the times it is a ghost touch issue with older iPhones. You can try when it s open again to restart it to see if the issues persist

If they persist try a forced restart

Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo
