dock moves up to block base of screen on MacBook Pro -ventura even when minimised.

my dock automatically swings up to block my Print button or any other button at base of screen I never had this issue with other versions the dock always hid itself and stayed hidden. How can I stabilise it?

System Setting >> Desktop & Dock

Firstly, how Large has the Dock been made >> Size << and >> Magnification <<

Secondly, have you enable the " Automatically hide and show the Dock "

If you have enable " Automatically hide and show the Dock " and moused over where the Dock Should appear.

Yes, it is possible the Dock will pop up and hide the Print Button
