Spam Calendar Invite has no Unsubscribe

I keep receiving the same spam calendar invite to my Outlook calendar on my iPhone and the only way I can get rid of it is to delete the Outlook calendar and then add it again. I've had to do this DAILY because it keeps coming back. The invitation does not allow me to decline and there is no unsubscribe option. I believe this may have started after I clicked on a fake Facebook email which said "here is your new password reset code" and "if you didn't request this, click HERE". HOW can I get rid of this recurring nuisance?
