My Gcash payment method doesn’t work when i try to buy an in-game purchase despite having the correct amount of balance

I already unlinked my account 3 separate times and changed my country/region yet nothing works.

I have made in-app purchases in the past and most recently yesterday and there was no problem.

I am unsure if this is caused by a tax in the payment because all of the other purchases i made in this game never took any amount of tax.

I really hope this get fixed, i am sure my Iphone 7+ isn’t the reason since it worked completely fine last night.
