hi iam contacticting you in order to find a way to my problem my iphone was stolen recently i have putted in lost mode is it a way i can track it down i have the phones serial number and access to icloud the only problem in that the findmy is off if a give you the phones serial number is there a way we can track it down or any other way of finding it?

Neither we, just users like you, nor Apple can get involved in a lost or stolen device, sorry.
These are the steps you can perform in such a situation:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen,
and/or:--> Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item,
and/or:--> If Find My is offline or not working
and/or:--> If Find My iPhone or Find My iPad isn't enabled on your missing device
