Emptying Trash Can on my iMac with macOS Sonoma.

Hello all,

this strange folder appears over and over again after emptying the trash. I tried to find out what happened but there's no trash can for iCloud Drive existing, so I did start investigating with all I got but found no solution. (Terminal, Automator, Emptying and such)

I hope y'all got a solution for this. I'm despairing.

Does it remain in there when emptying the trash after starting up in Safe Mode and the Mac is connected to WiFi?

Are there any files in the folder that are in use by another application?

Is the folder empty?

Can you download the folder by clicking the iCloud link, then trashing?

Do you have the option to Put Back when right clicking on the folder?

Does the folder appear when signing into the iCloud website and viewing files? And can you delete it from there?
