Last I checked, the feature might be available in Sonoma v14.3, but I don't want to upgrade for just this feature. Can anyone confirm the feature is, and that it works? Thank you.

It did not work with Ventura, and now that I have Sonoma, pairing isn't working either. I have the correct supported M1 MacBook Pro (2021) and the correct hearing aids (Jabra MFi Enhance Pro). The Accessibility panel where one pairs hearing aids says "The settings for hearing devices are not available" and links to the user guide saying how to link them via Bluetooth.
Now I have to find a setup installer for my printer.

if yours is not on the list, you could always use a TV streamer to make the connection.
¿do you have the M2 or M3 or (some M1) model that supports it on the Macintosh end?
I saw no requirements for Sonoma 14.3 in those documents, only Sonoma 14 or later.
I would try it before you go to the trouble of updating. it might just work with the version you have. then you can update at your leisure.
I can't find the other discussion, but at the time I checked it was available for "some" M1 macbookpros at the time (of first release of Sonoma). Someone replied that it was supposed to be available in a later update of Sonoma, like 14.3. It appears that it now is. I'm going to back up and then install Sonoma.
I have effective Bluetooth headphones but would rather use just the aids when possible. These are MFi aids, and pair with my Android phone, but not with Ventura Blootooth.
