How to Fix Boot Loop Issues if you do NOT own a computer

Anyone know how you fix iPhone and iPad Boot Looping issues without the use of a computer, or Mac?

I do not own a computer.

I only own my iPhone and my iPad mini.

Thank you in advance for any helpful information you care to impart to me!

Unfortunately, to restore an iPhone in a boot loop, you must have a Windows or Mac computer. You can go to an apple store and ask them to reset it.

Thank you very kindly for this expedient reply.

Some users on YT, such as this one, think that boot loops can be fixed without the use of a computer or Mac if one has a newer model iPhone, which I do (15+).

What say all of you guys?

All input and responses are welcome!

Thank you in advance for them.

I live close to a library wherein patrons can use public computers on Windows.

I guess I could try that, if either of my devices starts **** boot looping.

What are the exact steps to follow if one uses a Windows computer, please?

Asking because I want to print out and save the instructions you give to me.

I am not that tech savvy.

Thank you in advance for any and all information you care to give to me.

Sorry?

Context is that I do not own a computer and I want to know how to fix iPhone and iPad boot loop issues if one does not own a computer.

I have heard the term "boot loop" bandied around so much and tell of it being dire when any phone has boot looop issues, so ... I was wanting to know what in the heck that term meant and how to do something about it, if all one has is an iPhone and an iPad.

Some YouTubers are under the impression that such issues can be fixed without the need of a computer, whilst others are of the opinion that such cannot be done.
